Delicious pizza! Takeout only. The crust is a bit thicker and has a really nice, buttery chew to it. Perfect amount of toppings to crust ratio. Just that small amount of grease from the pepperoni to make it extra flavorful. It got a bit soggy on the bottom, but I didn't let that deter me from eating 3 pieces (they are cut a bit smaller).

My family grew up in Greece in the 90's and we come back ever since. We live 25 minutes away now and we still drive there to get our Carbones!!!!! The BEST pizza! They are so friendly and on time, so old school we love it. We will always come back. If I would give them 10 stars I would!
One of the best pizzas in Rochester!! The sauce is delicious and the pepperoni are so good!! Love this place!!
I am not a snob of anything.... Except pizza. This crew gets 5 stars. Staff was friendly but the pizza is AMAZING! I come to town for business and never tried Carbone's and they had a Tuesday pizza special so I thought I'd try it. Figured a special might be kind of skimpy but no! This pizza was loaded with cheese and pepperoni and delicious. Best I may have ever had.

2nd time trying Carbone's pizza. Someone recommended ordering "double dough" , and while it was good, I did prefer the regular dough.
Born and raised in Chicago, I don't often try pizza out of the city. A few years ago, a friend had me try a slice and I was so pleasantly surprised. I have lived all over this country and this is the closest pizza that reminds me of home. It is not Chicago pizza by any means but they do it their own and it's not that cracker crust New York slice. The wings are also really really good and I highly reccomend them. Just be thoughtful that they get slammed so it's not a quite pick up.
My brother used to live in Greece and this was our go to. When I lived in the city near Irondequoit this pizza was worth crossing the River for. I went to a friend's house for pizza and she had gotten a Carbines because it's simply the best pizza. It's best even when it's been sitting out waiting for you to arrive. I had three slices. Normally I'm good for two. I wanted a fourth one because it's so good.
